Katrina: Negative Coverage Doesn't Help

CNN (and most of the rest of the MSM) have been running non-stop coverage of whining citizens, politicians, and media commentators; showing the city’s citizens and leaders in a pretty unflattering light. Smiling looters are shown leaving stores with stolen merchandise, justifying there actions on the grounds that help didn’t come fast enough.

After watching this, I’m much less inclined to donate any money to help. I wonder how many people think the same way.

Well since you asked… I have to agree with you isn’t it funny how they are even complaining about the food not being cooked! They are eating what our military guys eat! But hey these are the voting democrats that have been riding the system for years and their generations of hand outs! Some one always has to save their sorry behinds!

You know it is GWB fault this all happened! Right sure what ever Jessie Jack ass!!!

I will donate because there are plenty of good people who are glad the aid has arrived, plenty of good people who didn't loot, rape, murder, or shoot at helicopters and medical convoys. That the trash will also benefit from my donation can't be avoided and I can live with it.

The woman who danced in the street when the first aid truck arrived needs my help. The woman who was raking debris into neat piles needs my help. The man who looted only Pampers, baby food, and water and wrote it all down so he could pay the store owner needs my help. So I will help them. I will donate.
